New member looking for 31TE

I am a new member and thank you for your time, and look forward to any replies and member interactions. My wife and I are empty nesting with grandkids and have been long time boaters in the Southern California area.
Catalina Island is our main destination as I have had family on Island for nearly 90 years. We also have a mooring in Emerald Bay, on the West end of Island.

While living and working in Catalina, I have seen many different vessels come and go but nothing quite like the Albin 31TE which would really fit the bill for my current needs.

A single engine with less than 2500 hrs is preferred.

We have a slip in Dana Point and are ready to purchase.

Good luck with your search! I'm on the other coast with a 2001 31 TE and still learning about it. About to start our second season with it. So far so goo!
