La Dolce Vita is now officially for sale under brokerage contract with Capital City Yachts in Olympia, Washington, $22,500. She lies "in ordinary" in dry storage on the trailer at Zittel's Marina, 9144 Gallea St NE, Olympia, WA 98516.

Particulars:
*1971 Albin 25 #736 full displacement hull variant, repowered in 1986 with fresh water cooled 24 HP Yanmar 3GM30F with AquaDrive thrust bearing/CV joint shaft coupling. Approx 4,000 lifetime hours on the engine, of which 748 hours we put on since 2014 when the meter read 537 hours after a new meter was installed by previous owners around 2000 to 2001. Maintenance logged by previous owners going back to the 1980s.
*Has the option mast and sail rig with mainsail, two jibs, and an asymmetrical spinnaker with sock.
*1999 Aluminum tandem axle torsion bar suspension trailer with surge brakes, new Kodiak disk brake calipers, two new tires this year and the two others 3 years old.
*A Gig Harbor Nisqually 8 ft f/g hard shell dinghy on lift davits, 1990s vintage Tohatsu 2.5 HP 2 stroke outboard included.
* Custom fiberglass hard top over the wheelhouse with two opening teak roof hatches and 25 watt solar panel trickle charger on the roof.
* Garmin 741xs chart ploter and Standard Horizon GX2200 Matrix VHF/GPS/AIS radio with AIS output linked to chart plotter.
* 22 lb Bruce main anchor with 300 ft of rode, 18 lb Danforth clone secondary anchor with 120 ft of rode.
* Bow rail & stern rail with full lifelines.
* Fresh Pettit non-copper Hydrocoat ECO bottom paint.

Oh My Goodness. This is a major change for you. Even though we have never met face to face I have continued my Albin voyages through your post. This is one fine outfitted vessel and I would not hesitate to own if we were going to cruise again. Makes me want to rethink all of this and sell my fishing boat to do this……❤️
