It's still a mystery to me, other than to say it must be attributed to eccentric behavior on the part of Fred Peters. There were at least 2 active, interested parties that were trying to buy the company, and he simply refused to answer the phone as I was told. I suppose that any business that is totally owned and operated by one person is subject to the whims of that person, whether they make financial sense or not.

Losing your business, especially one that started, is like losing a child. It takes some time to get over the pain. You recover but you are never the same.

Lets hope the owner rebounds and either gets the business capitolized again or finds an active investor.
