Boat Upgrade Info- From Chesapeake Rendezvous 21

Post by Jkraft »

Hi all, some of you at the Chesapeake Rendezvous were asking for some leads on things that were added to my boat. Here is the info.

Interior Carpet - This was made by Snap-In Carpet. If you send them your old carpet they can re- make it exactly the same. You will need to add the snaps yourself and they will provide them. They have many options and can do the tight binding around the dinette table.

Aquatraction Marine Flooring -

Mid Atlantic Rep- Sean Welsh- 443-373-3413

Captains Chairs- * They do have a pretty significant discount on Black Friday on their website.

Yes, the old basis had the same bolt pattern that lined right up to the new seats.

I have those same seats in my Viking and my dad just put them on his Albin. Great seats and super comfortable! I wanted the same seat I had in my Albin but that company is no more so I went looking and found those so I bought a set. Couldn’t be happier

For the price AND a 6 year warranty, its certainly hard to beat. I did keep the originals just in case somebody down the road wants to put it back to "factory"

Can the seat rotate like the old one does? It is a tight fit, but sometimes I like to look at the guests.

Thank you so much for sharing this valuable information about the upgrades to your boat! The details on interior carpeting and marine flooring are particularly helpful. It's great to have reliable sources like Snap-In Carpet and Aquatraction for these specific needs.

And thanks for the heads up on the Black Friday discount for captain's chairs at PontoonStuff. It's always good to catch a deal, especially when upgrading essential elements of our boats.

If anyone else has more recommendations or experiences with boat upgrades, feel free to share. It's wonderful to have a community where we can exchange insights and make informed decisions for our boating adventures.

Looking forward to more discussions!

Best regards,
