Interior Veneer Finish?

Wondering what the finish is on the interior wood veneer surfaces of my 1979 Albin Trawler '43? Thinking just a semi-gloss or satin varnish but not positive.

I’m new to the forum, sorry no veneer finishing advice.
We have a 1979 Albin 43 w/ twin Lehman 120s , moored
In Point Roberts Washington (south of Vancouver BC)

Interested in your experiences w/ maintenance and particularly sealing the original windows in the aft stare room,
