30ft cabin cruiser cutting cabin for more deck room

Hey guys new member here just bought a 30ft albin cabin cruiser from an old friend. And I’m doing fishing charters here in SoCal. Just was thinking anyone has done such a project like that

It’s your boat so you should do with it what you want. It seems to me, it would probably be more economical, and certainly easier to get the boat that does what you want instead of chopping this one up.

You could probably sell that vessel and buy two of what you want! The 30'FC is a much sought-after boat and it'd be a shame to desecrate that one.
