On my 2002 it was as follows:
Head intake and head discharge under helm seat
AC intake near the centerline between the helm seats
Raw water wash down and livewell port side near the stern
Engine intake starboard side near the stern

my 2005 TE Flush Deck is per the attached, 1S is the engine, 2S is the AC unit, 3P is the live bait well, 4P is the salt water wash down
