Removal Of Head Through Hulls

Hello - Our boat: 1973 Albin 25 Sweedie Pie. The sea water supply and the black water discharge through hulls in our head appear to be sandwiched between the hull of the boat and a floor pan- is that correct ? We simply can't ascertain how the pan attaches to our bathroom floor, perhaps because the edges of the pan are covered by paneled side walls?

We are hoping not to have to tear up the flooring over the through hulls and that the situation is more a matter of access to the floor pan being behind those wall panels.

Reason for removing them is installation of a composting toilet, the through hulls are in the way and we'd just like to remove them since they will not be used- one less maintenance thing.
