Check the transom .. port side. That's where my 2002 (engine box) raw water washdown pump was mounted.

My 99 had it mounted to the support by the rudder gear. Back side.

I have a 2005 flush deck, when I open the fish box hatch, I have four intake valves in a line going from port to starboard, the first is the raw water pump, then the live well pump, the AC and the most starboard side is the engine salt water intake, hope that helps, the salt water pump is tucked a bit more under the deck, can't be seen when I open the hatch, whereas the other three can easily be seen.
