Hmm, seller said it was in Longmont, CO but the top of the listing said location was Sarasota, FL. Also that the listing had been pulled by the seller & no longer active. Wonder if it sold or the seller didn't get what he wanted & pulled it off the market?

It's a real A25 that I had my son and daughter-in-law in Denver look over the weekend. I live in Hickory, NC.
Bones are there but it has a rough interior. Boat hasn't been in water in 20 years. It is stored inside a nice building on a very nice heavy trailer. More details wanted, please message me. Serial number confirms 1977 model.
