August 2021-purchase the "LUCKY US" 28' Albin TE with a 300 hp GM Diesel Beast. She has a NexGen 3kw Generator, 135 gal Fuel tank with flow meter, AC, Bow thruster enclose head, 36 gal fresh water, out riggers, and electric windlass. Motored from Naples FL to Amelia Island FL, 4 days and a lot of fun. January 2022 in dry dock for new bottom paint and general maintenance. Installing new Raymarine electronics with Doppler radar and Real Vision sounder and new plot chart

We are considering a move to Palm Coast, but have friends in Amelia Island
and plan to run our A-28TE up there now and then.

For general info: A new boating community is being developed in Palm Coast:
Marina del Palma. It is almost a residential marina and retirement community wrapped into 1 gated community. Boat storage is indoors and the biggest boat they can fit is, drum-roll..Albin 28TE. (They advertise max @ 30', but the manager said the absolute max is 32'. Our boat, with anchor and swim platform is 31'6", perfect)
