Peninsular oil

Getting ready to change the engine oil for the season and can’t find Castrol Assuron SAE 40 ANYWHERE! Any ideas in the Annapolis MD area where I can get my hands on some? Any appropriate substitute? I was told these engines can be finicky about what goes in them.

the rotella 40W is very high quality and what I use also.
make sure you get a quality filter.I'm running a Baldwin filter on mine.

When I had my Peninsular engine, I used Kendall 40 weight motor oil, I would buy it in 5 gallon drums from NAPA.
When I was involved in racing we used that brand of oil in some very expensive engines.
