Good day all -
Getting a little tired of replacing my electric horns every three or four years and am thinking about trying air horns - just wondering if the air horns will last longer. And yes, I buy a good quality horn and have tried all the tricks to keep them going.
Thanks!

Re: Electric vs air horns
I gave up on electric horns about 6 years ago and got the Kahlenberg K-380 model. It's been great! If I take a bunch of spray, I rinse the horns out with fresh water then blast them to clear any standing water. Up here in the PNW, running/fishing in the fog is unavoidable this time of year and having a whistle that can be heard is comforting.
