Rudder Shoe question

Is it bent or is it supposed to be offset so you can remove shaft past rudder etc???

Looks bent to me. You can verify by using a plumb bob thru the rudder shaft hole

if you can drop rudder with that in place its bent...it needs to be removed to drop rudder.

Thx all, its off and been straightened, shaft bearing also removed and cleaned up with be cutless bearings.
