One day I went to run it it would not turn over. It is not the battery. A repair person had the starter motor checked and burned out a couple of solenoids trying to start.
It ran one week and was locked up the next.
Any thoughts? I know it could be water in a cylinder but are there other possibilities?

Re: peninsular diesel
Did they have you tried turning the motor over by hand to see if it will move? Even if you can’t get a full rotation you ought to be able to move it a little
