Removed the Starboard grab rail due to a leak from the middle bolt.
The forward bolt was kind of stuck in the hardtop and when a used a bit of force, it snapped: Looks like crevice corrosion had taken its toll.
Question: Are the bolts welded in there, or is nut welded in so I can replace the bolt?

Don't know about this specific part, but the usual process is to weld a hex-bolt to the 'washer' then weld that assembly into the tube.

Yeah, seems about right.
Tried to “unscrew” the bolt but it didn’t budge.
Will take the rail to a machine shop tomorrow and have them cut/drill out the old bolt, then weld in a new bolt/washer combo.
