I have had a few evenings waiting for it to be warm enough to laminate in the bow thruster so I have put some CAD hours into the A25 CAD model

That's very cool! How did you take the lines off? Or are they published somewhere?

You can find them here.

They used to be pretty crude but now they are high res.
The cross sections, diagonals water lines and buttocks are within 1/2in or so when you start superimpose them so the drawing is made to very high standards. Hopefully the pattern and mold are as good...

Re: A25 CAD model
Very cool! During the last 17 years of my working career I did CAD drafting with AutoCAD, circuit diagrams in 2D mostly. That looks very sophisticated. I've been out of the "game" for 11 years now since retiring so I'm woefully behind the times. One thing I wish I could figure out how to do is make an Albin 25 scale model, either for static display or a working electric powered RC model at about 1 inch = 1 foot scale to display in my living room entertainment center. If one could take a line drawing like that I do a rendering that could print out parts & pieces on a 3D printer that would be something. Otherwise doing a model in balsa, or even a half hull plaque would be nice to have.
