On my '95, it's in the center bilge on the port side and a little behind the passenger seat.

My pump is located in the port deck box bilge area below the transom door. The faucet is located behind the first mate seat near the step up for the walk around.
Even though it was added as an after market add on, the DC panel at the dash had a dedicated, switch/fuse labled Washdown.

Same on my 2001 boat, pretty sure it was factory original.

Disconnected it all, not a fisherman and no need to spray saltwater in the boat, fresh water showers only.
Left the pump and the plumbing in place for the next owner but will recommend fresh water wash downs instead for reduced maintenance.

Don and Dag, interesting about the location of your washdown pump. We have a pump in that location, too, but it's the circulating pump for the livewell in the port transom box. Never use it. Raw water washdown pump is one of my favorite things . . . in fresh water.

I am pretty sure I have 2 pumps back there under the transom door, one for live well and one for wash down, both disconnected.

Reading this makes me so envious of your fresh VT waters. Your onboard water tankage goes so much farther than a saltwater boat.
