TE-28 Bolsters on cockpit sides and transom

I had the fender washer system in my 32. At 8 years old it was past time for bolster replacement. Didn't like the necked look. Didn't like the idea expensive replacement with cushions either. Bought some mahogany board & made my own. Easy job now to remove them & refinish them every few years. Looks good too on a boat that otherwise does not have any exterior brightwork.
