If you like to make it easier, try to get some surplus Raychem SPEC55 aircraft dual wall primary wire or MIL22759. Its much thinner and slicker than boat wire. Personally i never pull new wire bundles with old. I pull in a pullcord with the old bundle and use that to pull the new bundle.

Mast is finished, also made a cover out of sunbrella for it and it snaps on. This project came out well.

Thank you everyone! Yes, wiring still needs to be pulled from the helm to the top of the windshield. The babies are keeping me busy these days, so I’m a bit slow. Lol
