Re: rendevous
"Efishnsea"! Great name for a boat! Maybe written as "E. Fish 'n Sea"? Love it! We might take our boat back east next summer, but very hard to plan anything solid at this point. Still thinking of the "Triangle Loop" or some abbreviated version thereof. Really want to do the Rideau Canal in Ontario but who knows if & when Canada will let Americans back in by then. If not the Rideau then stay on the US side & do some portion of the loop, maybe Erie Canal & up to Lake Champlain or down to NYC. We have friends who bought a 31 ft sailboat based in northern Wisconsin earlier this year & next summer they want to sail it down to the Erie Canal & Hudson River on the way to the Chesapeake & points south. Just have to see what happens.

Efishnsea was an earlier boat a 28 Luhrs. My current boat is named for my Bride. Looks like an interesting cruise for you. How long will it take?

Re: rendevous
It's not about how long it will take, rather about how long you want it to last.
We did that cruise in 2013. Started in Ct and cruised up the Hudson and north thru Champlain and the Canadian rivers/canals, St Lawrence River/canals, Ottawa River, etc., then back via Oswego and Erie canals, etc.
Started in June, finished in September.
