Toilet stopped working.... help

Post by Jkraft »

Hey all so I’ve got the vacuflush on my boat and it just quit. It was working fine and I went to pump out today when fueling and had no issues. Now the vaccum pump won’t run and the do not flush light is lit up. Any ideas as to where to start?

Thanks

Do you have the Vacuflush manual? As I recall, it has lots of trouble-shooting information. Sealand (now Dometic) always had excellent tech support.

Try using the pump out hose to suck directly from the toilet bowl. If there is an object jamming the mechanism it may be dislodged. If no joy you are into disassembly.
