What's a good way to remove these antiskid pads?

I have several stuck-down antiskid pads (probably Treadmaster) that I want to remove. Does anyone have a good idea how to do this?

The photo doesn't load for me, but normally solvent is your friend. Acetone is OK on gelcoat, but not so much on paint or varnish....

The photo didn't load for me either. I've been using 3M Adhesive Remover 49048 on various chores and it works great. Easy to find at local hardware stores or online.

I removed 4 very old and ratty treadmasters two years ago. They actually came off fairly easily with a putty knife followed by some acetone and elbow grease. I followed up with Soft Scrub on a Scotchpad, and then rinsed to excess. Once dry, I gave another clean with acetone, then applied new treads. They went on easily and have been in place with no problems ever since
