Guy pulled the listing a couple days ago. Someone on the TF was interested but a few people told him he was crazy. Not sure if that guy ended up buying it or not. His handle is "GildedLady." It'd be cool if he managed to get a sweet deal.

Except that one guy's sweet deal is another guy's desperation sale. I prefer good deals to be mutual, but there are many people who, either wittingly or unwittingly, have placed themselves in a financial nutcracker. Wait 6 months to see the worst.

I am not here for arguments but I doubt you would say the same thing if you live in NJ with a wife who works in a hospital.

I wish your wife all the best. But it would indeed be my opinion no matter what, and although I am myself in a vulnerable segment of the population, and thus at a much greater risk than most, I still hold that opinion very firmly. One thing is for sure, if Covid 19 kills me, you won't hear me complaining about it on this forum.
