Transducer
Anyone using a transom mount transducer. I wanted to get a fish finder with side view but that would require a transom mount transducer. I have a single screw 28. I am not so worried about high speed as I would only use it when fishing and trolling. Any recommendation for units as there are some good black Friday deals.

Works good,”downview” and all but it only works up to about 12 knots, then it goes blind from turbulence.
Mounted it on the Port side with a right turning propeller.
Perhaps the other side would be better, but not a big problem, never go fast with the water gets shallow.
