1988 34 Family Cruiser questions

Looking to purchase a 34’ FC and wanted to know if there is anything in particular we should be looking for as potential problem areas, such as, deck-hull seal, window leaks,, holding tank problems, etc.
I realize the layout is “unique “ but we are coming off living on a sailboat for 10 years, so it might not seem so strange to us... time will tell.
Any input will be appreciated, the good, the bad and the ugly.
