I got my dad a framed engineering print of his first sailboat - a 1973 Tanzer 16.
Gave it to him for Christmas in 1997. 21 years later, he still has it hanging on the wall in the den.

Nice idea! We have moved onto a CHB but love the Albin 25 profile/plan drawing. I started building a small model of the 25, but stalled out while I'm building a 1/2"=1' scale rc model of our 34' CHB
