Manuals for AD-21 MB1-3 and MD17C

Hi,

I got a huge pile of documents with Driftless including service and user manuals for the old power plants. Driftless have had the original AD-21 and a MD17 before the current Izusu engine was installed. There is 0 probably that I would go back to either of those engines so they are up for grabs to anyone that has one of those engines running in their boats. Just send a PM.

Here are some more stuff, a pair of 2-3/4 od .664 wide .595 bore impellers. Probably for a MD17C if someone wants them. They are in package so they are probably fine for use. Pm me if anyone wants them.

Those impellers are for either an AD21 or the AD2. Both engines have the same circulation pump.

Probably not to many of them left running. Maybe some in the rivers/lakes?

I have two AD21s, one in my boat and a spare in my garage but I agree, not too many of them around in North America but there are still lots in Europe which is why Albin Motor is still a viable business. It's a decent little engine and built like the proverbial 'Brick Pagoda'.

If you pm me the address i will mail you the manuals and the impellers. I know that if i throw them in the trash there will be a world shortage of ad-21 impellers. Probably more of them used in fresh water over there. Is yours raw water cooled?

I'll send you a pm. I have the manuals already but can always use the impellers. Both engines are fresh water cooled. The raw water and coolant pump are combined as tandem units on a common shaft. The coolant and raw water impellers are the same. Thanks.
