32 sportfish baitwell valve

I have a 92 sportfish that has a valve for regulating salt water into the bait well. The hoses are behind the bulkhead and the only thing visible next to the freshwater faucet is the knob for the valve. My valve leaks through the knob, does any one know where to find this animal?
