Storage in Albin 28 TE cockpit
Does anyone with an Albin 28 TE have recommendations on how to capture storage in the locker between the helm chairs? I am wondering if anyone has built a shelf of some kind or has found any crates or boxes that fit in the space. Our batteries occupy the area closest to the engine, but there is a fair amount of unused space. Trying to find a place to store the grill and some others odds and ends. Many thanks!

I have a crude setup where I just have one of those large clear Rubbermaid boxes that I throw down there, and that is where we keep unused life vests. I have some aluminum L channel but I haven't gotten around to building anything down there.

Same thing, plastic crate with a lid for spare oil, coolant, and other fluids and chemicals. Positioned between batteries and tranny.
(Engine box model) Also can fit empty 5 gallon diesel jugs in there.
The grill lives in a locker under deck on the side of the engine box.
Plenty more storage inside under bunks where I keep tools and spares.
