Albin 28 TE w/4cyl yanmar
I'm considering purchasing a '95 Albin 28 TE with 4 cyl yanmar. Does anyone have info on this setup? Max speed, cruising speed and fuel usage? Would the boat be under powered in choppy water with this engine?

Re: Albin 28 TE w/4cyl yanmar
I think those are pretty rare. I think that one is 170 HP and generally the lowest HP option was the 210 or 250 Cummins which I have. I'm sure the 4 cyl saves some good weight but most of these boats had 250+ hp. If you only want to do low speed (trawler speed), the motor should be great.
