Quickie Question for A-27 Owners
What is the HEADROOM in the Fore Cabin of the A-27? A friend (tallish) is considering looking at a used Albin-27 somewhat distant from his home. He asked me about our A-25 because he thinks the fore cabins in the 25 & 27 are almost alike. I've never seen a a-27 in the flesh, but believe the A-27 to be a bit more spacious in e very direction, including headroom.

Re: Quickie Question for A-27 Owners
I've never been on an A25, but I am 6'1" and I cannot stand up the in fore cabin of my A27. I am always slightly bent. My wife (5'10") has no problem. I am guessing barely 6' headroom in the A27.

Thanks for the quick reply, boater_mike. Your info will be close enough, as he's an experienced sailor who will know how your experience translates.

I'm 6'2" and I can stand up in the head but not in the main cabin, except at the aft end of the galley underneath the hatch

Re: Quickie Question for A-27 Owners
I’m 5’10” and am good. Not a lot of head room but never hit my head either. I’ve often thought if I was 6’ It just wouldn’t work. My friend is 6’4” and he said he felt like he was in a Honda Civic.

But you're not supposed to stand up in a Honda Civic
