1992 Albin Sportfish

I have done the usual research on the past years sales price history on this approx. year ; the range is $32-$45. Only three have been sold that were listed. The boat I'm looking at is in good shape, needs approx. $2000. in first glance repairs, Cat 3116 DSL (SCARY), approx. 1500 hours, no generator. We like the boat, but want to make sure we pay a fair price. Any idea of what this boat is worth ? All guesstimates are appreciated.

I have a 1993 sportfish for sale in Stuart Fl. 3116 cat rebuilt under a platinum warranty, 650 hours, new ZF v drive a year ago, all new electronics, batteries, air conditioning and just had the bottom completely stripped down and repainted. Prop tuned, looking for 70k.
