outriggers on a 28
hoping to mount a pair of lee jr outriggers on my 2002 28te this year. wondering how others have done this and if the hand grab bars can remain in place. any pics appreciated.

Here is a link to a thread with a picture of the mount on my previous 28. I loved the position while fishing, the only down side was having to step over them to go forward when they are deployed. They were easy to deploy and recover. I used 1/4 plates of scrap plates as back plates. Good access by removing the inside panel.

I added Taco telescoping rigger poles with gunnel mounting plates. When not in use I can remove all hardware with only the mounting plate visible.
