Back diesel exhaust stain on swim platform...port side

I have a very dark stain over most of the port 1/4 of the swim platform. I used Formula 88, today, and it did a pretty good
job of removing some and lightening a lot of the stain. Does anyone have a suggestion of a product or method to use
to remove such a stain.

I've had really good luck with Davis fsr...brush it on, let it sit and then just rinse off.

I use Soft srub with bleach . It will take off black engine stain.

I tried the FSR....not much success so far....will try it again.......then I will try bleach........I will report back on whether either work for me......thanks for the suggestions...
