So after getting a new cutlass bearing installed, i had the prop "tuned" it had a minor bed in a blade that I did not see or feel,prop guy charged the pitch a bit to fine me 150 more rpm at wot, but now cruising speed has dropped to 12.5-15 kts at 2,800-3,100,rpm so I'm thinking we went the wrong way, also he said a four blade might help get the speed up,
My cruise speed was always 14-17kts at 2,800-3,100 and that seemed slower than other peninsular 300hp powered 28's,
Any thoughts?Pete. (Bottom is clean but not super smooth old bottom paint is somewhat uneven,
