Considering selling Legacy in Sept. (1998 Albin 35e)
Wife wants a bigger boat, who am I to argue? Not officially for sale but if anyone is interested in pictures, specs or a visit, please message me. She has 1750 hours on her twin Cummins 370s, a custom tower and a lot of improvements. Engines and genset maintained by Cummins Northeast, systems maintained by Birch Marine. This is Legacy for her 2017 Spring launch.[attachment=0

that is a beauty! would love to step up to a 35...too bad life isn't gonna let me right now!
Not usually a fan of towers but I actually prefer the look of your setup to the flybridge 35!

Jeremy, I've met Rick and been aboard Legacy. I think you need to go on a road trip to meet a great guy with a great boat in a great town...(oh, and don't forget your checkbook!)

Absolutely prefer this setup over the flybridge....it HAS to be more stable than the FB version....and you can still watch your spread from above when trolling without all that weight to throw off the COG.
Absolutely beautiful rig....the wheels are turning.
I finally ran my 28TE offshore last week....I'll bet she saw her very first White Marlin....as did my Girlfriend....who caught her first Mahi as well.
Who doesn't love the smell of Ballyhoo and diesel in the morning....

Despite not being officially for sale, Legacy has had quite a bit of attention from Boston to New Zealand! Have a ton of new pics I will post later and have settled on a firm "as is" price of $135,000.

A sale to New Zealand fell through, the cost and logistics to get her there were too cumbersome. Happy to chat if anyone is interested in Legacy. Otherwise I'll list with a broker this week. Cheers!

Rick,
I really like the tower. I was thinking that I may add one to my 35TE. Did you put it on or did you buy it that way?

Tower came with the boat, a custom build by the original owner. Best place to drive and see the world.
