New VDO tach/hour meter setup.

Post by hgl »

I replaced my VDO tach/hour meter and it runs off the alternator. VDO says (tach) if it runs off the alternator you must set it to the correct pulse. Does anyone know what the correct setting (pulse) should be set at?
I have a Peninsular engine.

To answer my own question I believe it is 36. I used a meter to check the RPMs and it seemed to work well.
