I was unable to attend the rendezvous

, BUT I was able to transfer my deposit to Labor Day Weekend! So Resolution will have it's day on Block Island!

Hi All:

Sorry for the delay in posting this message. I want to start by saying thanks to everyone who braved the elements to make it to the Block. It was great meeting everyone. I had a terrific time at the dinner and seeing everyone's boats.

This was a great first start and next year I will do a better job at getting the word out through the dealers. In the meantime, talk up the site to all the Albin people at the marinas and inform that we will be on the Block again next June.

Thanks again and please come to the boat shows this fall.

Hi to everyone -
We are trying to learn how to use this web site; I think unsucessfully.

Is anyone ready for another rendezvous? The first was great and we enjoyed meeting everyone and hope to stay in contact - if we can learn how. Whoever reads this, if you could send us an email: <removed to avoid spambots-JC>, perhaps we could figure out how to do it on this site.

Welcome to the Albin Owners Group!

If you are interested a possible rendezvous, the best way would be to start a new thread in the "Meet and Greet" Section. Asking members if they are interested.
(I am)

There seems to be quite a few of us with Albins in the Great South Bay. Perhaps we can plan a fall rendezvous somewhere local. Maybe Watch Hill (Fire Island) or another marina on Fire Island. I know town marinas like Atlantique, that only allow town residents during the peak season start to allow "out of towners" to dock after labor day.
Maybe we can set it up for sometime in September??

Would love to meet up with others!

Sorry for the late response jointventure, I see you are located around the corner from me. As Gery said there are a few of us in the GSB. Although I saw Gerys boat before I got mine, I have not hooked up with him this year yet

I have been to Watch Hill a few times and some other local places. As the boat was new to me in the beginning of the year I kept local until I felt more comfortable with it. I hope to make Block next year.
