Re: Synthenic Teak
we built the tackle boxes/draws. Got teak from the local exotic lumber store. Used the starboard as the template, cut and refaced the draws. I really makes a big difference for the fit and finish of the boat. We now have an awlgrip dark blue paint job, teak cabinet/draws and synthetic teak. (Also added the Garmin 740SV GPS in place of my prior Furuno finder).

Come on Doug ... you bought Kathy a new vacuum & Varoom, the least you can do is to get her some nice flooring!DougSea wrote:I've been debating showing the photo to Kathy - I think she'd really like it! I want new electronics first?

She got nice interior carpets and new bolsters last season. On a $$ basis she's WAY ahead of me!Pitou wrote:Come on Doug ... you bought Kathy a new vacuum & Varoom, the least you can do is to get her some nice flooring!DougSea wrote:I've been debating showing the photo to Kathy - I think she'd really like it! I'm also working on the installation of a new hidden HDTV for the salon.
