Anyone replace their wiper blades yet? What size did you use on your 28?

Wipers
I took my entire blade off the arm and brought it into an Auto parts place. The Napa refil that worked was 60-1602. You might want to do the same with yours as you may have a different arm than i have. My boat is a 2003 TE Flush deck.

Wiper blades
West Marine replacement stainless steel blade...$23.00. Napa automotive blade...$8.00. And the auto blade performs better!

Pantographs
Sorry no photos. As I recall I purchased them from Marinco (probably over the internet). The a a better solution than the simple units installed by Albin. I was told by an Albin dealer that the motors would have to be replaced if using pantographs, but that was not the case and they have been operating fine for say four years. The time consuming processes were:
1. Removing the old wipers from the rotating motor shaft for even in a year or two they were frozen.
2. Adjusting the motors for the new wipers. Just a time consuming process.
In my opinion the pantograph wipers are a good improvement worth the effort and the cost.

I'll tell you what I'd kill for on our wipers, is a time delay, like what you have on a car. In the rain, I feel like I'm not so much piloting the boat as much as I'm sitting there flipping switches (we have four of them) on and off, while trying to keep the boat roughly on-course as a sort of afterthought.

Yes, I have the same problem. I looked into this at the time I was changing the wipers. I originally wanted a single delay for all three wipers but couldn't find anything properly rated. I looked at one for each wiper. The crammed console and the physical wiring difficulty lead me to continue the manual process. To solve the course problem I was getting ready to put in an autopilot and then decided I was really looking at adding a bunch of stuff I didn't need.
