Does anyone with a 32 single have issues with following sea? I am not sure if there is air in steering lines or not level is full at helm, does go down a bit everyso often can't see any leaks. Boat seems to yaw more than you would expect for its size. first year with boat. :?:

Well, regardless of whether or not your steering is working properly, all boats will tend to broach in a following sea. This can sometimes be made worse by an autopilot (or live pilot) attempting to correct the direction rather than the roll.

The best solution that I've found is to increase speed. Turn that following sea into a head sea.

Remember to keep your trim tabs up in a following sea.

Additional speed & tabs up will help. Other than that go with the roll & let the sea have its way with the boat a bit. Trying to correct every little deviation from course is tiresome on the skipper.

And generally unnecessary.
