So close now I can taste it! Sorry about the poor pic quality. Taken with a cellphone in a dark shop.

Is there a shutoff valve coming out of the tank to the Racor?

And some anti-chafe where the fuel hoses drape the edges of the tanks...those little things are what prevent those BIG things!

I'm actually one step ahead of you on that. It just arrived this morning via Usps. Nice heavy hydraulic hose anti chafe. They did have to move my fuel filter which I'm not thrilled about. But with the new tank it wasn't gonna work. They are hoping to have her in Thursday. But we shall see

Proof that my boat and fate have a sense of humor. Motor install is done, aligned and ready to go...well almost - motor wont turn over. On a non computer controlled motor with 7 wires in the wiring harness, not much to go wrong, but apparently something has...they are working on it and are hoping to have it running soon, but this weekend is looking like a bust:/

So she's been splashed but still no life. They got the rudder shaft packing done, still have to bleed the main shaft packing and breath life into the new motor. Solonoid wont even click per the mechanic so something is Miss-wired

Lol going down tomorrow multi meter in hand. Don't u worry. I also need to bleed the shaft seal as I do not beleive they did. So I'll do that first then start testing wires. cant help but wonder if it's something stupid!
