Original Ladder

Post by catalina_mike »

Anyone know the original manufacturer for the swim ladder? Mine needs replacement and it mounts from the top with two stainless square plates one on each side. Can't find my measurements right now but from memory 3 x 3 with 4 bolts each. It's a 3 step currently but with rebreathers I need something pretty stout. Don't want to add anything on top of the swim step..

Thanks for any input.

Mike. I threw mine out because it was going rusty and remade the whole thing from scratch from 316 tube. The original was never strong enough for anything!

The ladder on my 2004 TE is this one: https://windline.com/index.php?route=pr ... duct_id=66. Not a real good ladder though, especially for rebreather diving.

I have been considering this one for our diving: http://garelick.com/Eez-In-Under-Platfo ... ive-Ladder. It's rated to 400 lbs and will still stash under the swim step.
