Help with adding photos and posting from drafts

I have done a write-up and have it saved in drafts..I have photos on "my photos" pon ipad and email and can't find how to move them to my draft.
Can somone, more capable, walk me through adding pictures please

User Control Panel >> Manage Drafts >> Load Draft >> Upload Attachment
