Thanks for posting this. I checked out the Sure Shade website and they sure have an interesting solution. It looks like they have lots of stowage options. I think that I would prefer something that stowed the shade in a cartridge when closed to keep it protected from saltwater intrusion. If anyone goes forward with this please keep us updated.

I am working with them now on designing a roof mount system for my 28 TE, I am thinking the 9 Foot RTX/MTX solution is what is needed vs the 6 foot extension. Need to go measure a few more times to be sure.

]I Just installed a sure shade RTX on my 28 TE. “About Time” See my post about a week ago. It has pictures of my top mount install. Think I’m going to like it it.

I'm looking into Sureshade as well but not crazy about mounting it on top of the pilothouse. I have rocket launchers on the radar arch and need to be able to carry SUP's up there as well.
