I live in Rhode Island any Idea where I could get a Bimini made from the hard top to the stern

I have generally found that for biminis and canvas work there's usually someone local who produces a high quality product. Walk around the marina and look at the canvas and when you spot one that looks especially well made, ask the owner who did it for them.
I'm sure someone here can also make a good recommendation, but unless they're local, they won't be able to come and measure your boat and design the absolute best custom product for you.
