Quick question...how (if possible) can I remove the inside covers from the AFI motors in order to adjust them? I think they pop off, but, I'm afraid to yank them off wrong way.
Thanks!

Re: AFI Motor Question
You have to disconnect the arm from the motor then remove the nut around the spindle. Then just remove the mountain screw inside the cabin. Once you pull out the motor you will see the screws holding the cover on

Re: AFI Motor Question
Is the the arm swing radius adjustable and if so, do I have to take everything apart and re-install just to adjust? My one arm seems to make a loud clicking noise at the end of the swing, but does not with the arm off, I thought a simple adjustment / grease could help. Is my thinking off?

Paddy:
Recommend you GOOGLE the owners manual (it's only two sheets as I recall) from the AFI site. Very detailed with good diagrams.

Re: AFI Motor Question
Possible you have damaged gears but yes it's easily adjustable. Afi has detailed instructions online!

Re: AFI Motor Question
The new versions have the screws for removing the cover on the inward side meaning you don't need to remove the entire motor to adjust. Why they never thought of that originally!
