Came highly recommended to me from several sources for my 40' Mainship trawler I had to survey for insurance purposes only after I bought it. So the survey I felt was superficial and his report was modest. That said that boat was pristine and I had no issues, actually sold it for more than I paid 1.5yr later. So possibly he did his job perfectly.
I've owned two 28' TE now including my current 2006 flush deck here on SF Bay if you have any questions I can help you with. I love these boats so much I came back to them after unhappily moving up. I'm sure you'll love the 28 also!
