Zincs for 32+2

Post by zeke46 »

Hello,

This will be my first season with a 32+2. I'd like to purchase my zincs through boatzincs.com, unless others have different recommendations.

Does anyone have a list of the exact zincs needed for a 32+2 with a Cummins 6BTA 5.9 and Vetus bow thruster?

Thanks in advance.

Only YOU can put that together for YOUR boat. No two Albins are alike, trust me..

You did not state what Vetus unit you have. The zincs are not interchangeable between the different thruster models.

Your Cummins B takes 1/2"npt w/ 5/8" dia pencils. One in the heat-x and two in the aftercooler, and maybe a tranny cooler too...

I will work on putting my list together.

I don't have the Vetus model number in front of me. When I get it, I'll be sure to post the needed zincs so that others may have a start to "their" list.

Thanks for the sizes for the Cummins.
